it's funny, some of the older children are so much better than others at resolving conflict. it's a real skill. they flexibly propose solutions, peacably work it out, aren't too bothered. i can see how the skills and experiences here actually accrete https://t.co/rih8KV9wPk

they're 4 or 5, im sure they'll change a lot, right. nothing’s totally determined of their life. middle school changes so much. high school changes so much

i just keep struggling with this idea of how much effort gets poured into these kids, but like… don't most kids turn out fine? isn't that effort not so necessary then? what's going on? i can't think straight about it
