I love the challenge of working with kids. I love when a kid says something out of pocket and I have no idea how to respond. I love learning from more xp teachers how to mediate when one kid lets a ball roll away but gets jealous when he sees other kids play with it I think /

every tpot inner work/emotional coaching/IFS person should work for a few weeks with elementary school-age kids How can you do inner child work if you don’t know what kids are like

I’ve liked other jobs for sure. But this is really nice. It’s nice to have the routine. It’s nice to learn from more experienced folks. I really come alive when there’s a gaggle of 2nd graders around me and I gotta triage them based on how done they are with their polygon sorting
