@bryancsk as a result of doing a medium dose of acid (110 micrograms) i got a good job, paid off my student loans, reconciled with my parents, and then got a really good job. there were many other things i did to unfuck everything; and maybe i could have done it natty but it sure helped.
@bryancsk it had some negative axiological + decisionmaking sequelae but sometimes everything is so incredibly tangled that throwing in a metaphorical grenade into the Gordian Knot and trying to patch it up afterwards is a net and significantly positive move, if done rarely and prudently
@softminus @bryancsk I started drinking in my mid 20s. Before, I was cripplingly shy, but drunk, could practice a more impulsive mental state, that I could eventually partially replicate sober. I obviously do not recommend this course of action.
