The funny thing is that the abortion drugs are actually useful beyond what they do to remove a child. I have a thread on exploring how they might treat schizophrenia.https://t.co/Cq8yypdorc

Mifepristone has an impact on the immune system in how it causes abortion and a rare rare rare cases can cause septic shock. I wonder if having the wrong vaginal microbiome could lead to that? Seems to be similar to toxic shock syndrome ala tampons.https://t.co/KetC9oOhH2

Remember when there was a pill on the market that stopped the spread of HIV, but you couldn't buy legally?I hope we make emtricitabine in canning jars.https://t.co/XEAwae9wgxhttps://t.co/Uz8vm4MLvy

@leashless scary: are we slowly turning into a world where we buy DIY pills on underground markets to save lives? https://t.co/863vj6GqsN

I actually am interested in drugs that induce abortions because they also can help with late-term and post-term pregnancy complications. https://t.co/csjen3b9Sbhttps://t.co/NS7R6OiiEi

This whole space is full of fucked ideas. Stuff that is used to help induce abortions is also super important for having a healthy pregnancy. If you're against abortion medications, you're likely unknowingly against medications that help women have successful births. Its absurd.

What's funny is that Pitocin is said to have fewer side effects. Why Do I know about this drug? It's an autism risk factor with mixed findings.https://t.co/nmMbL3VM9E https://t.co/mby6YzCblL

I'm only making this thread because I heard on NPR that kamala harris is running her campaign on a pro abortion stance, and I keep getting ads on youtube about trump being a tyrant.

If we gonna get pol-pot II, electric boogaloo, you'd figure DEMs would be all for DIY guns too.But noo. They are trying to take away our ability to defend ourselves against dictators. https://t.co/EuY0eynsWF

"Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D–N.Y.) received more money from the defense sector than any other senator during the 2022 election cycle"https://t.co/Hha76PPvbKOf course he did.

Framing this as pro-life and anti-gun is such a myopic take. I can't even.Your government is taking away your rights and preventing you from getting healthcare. Your government is against you. This is not a good situation to be in.This is about freedom.

The time to deal with this situation was 5 years ago."A recently published study in Contraception found that when supervised by a remote health care provider, the two-drug combination can be safely and effectively dispensed through telemedicine." https://t.co/HUKkku3PYy

Fun idea: If you're a van-lifer, you can technically 'live' in Nevada.https://t.co/buguV4bkcE

Nevada's republican governor signed abortion right laws https://t.co/JHvKG8fx25If you 'homebase' there and have some cheap land as a 'domicile', then you can legally tell telehealth medicine outfits that you are in NV.This is the current best loophole I've found.

A thing that gives me some comfort is after Roe-v-Wade was over turned... seeing how many states took that judgement and encoded it in their own constitution. We are a federation of states, and for the better or worse it will be giving states more power. https://t.co/dbbVLYlDIc
