day 11 of moving to the bay area: my entire life, i've felt too intense or heavy for other people. i've tried to make myself less intense or heavy around other people here, i've found myself doing that again

and to be fair, my inner child told me that a lot. in class, outside, a fair bit, it would scream, "we are unsafe!!!" i didn't know what to do, as usually i just leave and take a walk, but if im in classes...? i think ill just leave and take a walk anyway https://t.co/UxL8HBLPh0
