the biggest predictors of how conflict will go for me are: 1. can i stay connected to myself? 2. can i care about me? 3. can i care about them? ... 36. do i understand why i feel the way i do? 37. do i understand why they feel the way they do? https://t.co/9q48sBzal2

it doesn't really matter that much to know why i feel the way about somebody, if i don't feel connected to myself and am trying to "figure something out" while not connected to myself because i don't know how to just take space https://t.co/PceyUHULU2

it doesn't matter if i care about someone if i don't feel connected to myself, because whatever will come out, will be at least a little twisted, from the unconscious fear is making me feel disconnected from myself staying connected to my discernment makes everyone safer

caring about someone before caring about yourself is how you get people who give overly, beyond their boundaries, until the debt of not caring about themselves catches up to them
