This is the 3rd time I’ve had a @lyft accept my ride and claim they’ve “arrived” while driving away. When I call to ask they say “you have to cancel”. If I cancel, Lyft will blame me…if I don’t they run out the timer and claim I no showed. Lyft has no way to report this afaict.

The behavior is pretty obvious in the app, and it’s an infuriating user experience…anyone from Lyft know why this gaping hole is left open? Why can’t I report the bad behavior?

To be fair they do offer to waive the fee every time. But I don’t want the fee waved, I want the driver to show up when they accept the request in the app! I feel for drivers where the apps dispatch them poorly. This is Lyft’s fault, as frustrated as I am w them.
