yogic wisdom doesn’t replace relational wisdom. i can’t emphasise this enough. meditation wisdom doesn’t replace relational wisdom. they don’t replace anything. they’re just ways of moving. that movement through the world helps our primal intelligence update

yoga is not a thing separate from it. yogic wisdom is yoking yourself to the wisdom in the rest of the world. it is no end. it is the start. you start with yoga, so you can turn your attention to what’s real: the world. your life. karma. challenges

get a fucking job. give love to the relational wounding you have. learn about music, or cars, or whatever else it is in your life force cares about. yoga is a center to participate in the storm of reality. the storm of it

if acting “yogic” takes you away from learning honestly and humbly about the world yourself, that’s not yoga but you know who can help you with that? -you (in yoga) https://t.co/fggRFohrP4
