devastating—i can now sense how some of the the food i make is contributing to a sense of torpor im maintaining, instead of drinking water, moving, or participating in life https://t.co/EJGWsHKVV2

there's a different kind of food, that seems to have more fiber, takes more energy in a weird way, but also makes me want to go outside, stand, feel young thank the heavens, that kind of food also tastes delicious now, but i used to find it awfully bland https://t.co/banFgsGezT

i thought taste was all there was to food, but there’s also… a heartiness to it. to homemade, clean food. vibrant vegetables. light, loving cooking. i make tasty things with my head, but now i want to make these delicious things with heart too

i always wondered what the diet people were on about, and never sensitive enough to notice any changes. i guess my time has come https://t.co/s4kdtXh3cY

my heretical take if you can't sense how healthier food makes you healthier, and are young, don't worry about it spend time with the pain you do have. find emotional sensitivity, worldly sensitivity. they will all loop back around and lead you to diet sensitivity when it's time

this stuff is so varied person-to-person, that without whatever groundwork helps you be sensitive to your own self, you're not going to get very far, very sustainably, if you just copy with the mind what's supposed to be done
