i must have talked to 2 coaches and 4 friends about this. but i kept feeling crazy. i could never describe the thing in a way felt as big as the feeling. i trivialised it. others trivialised it. it was a difficult-to-point-to thing. but energetically, it was one of realest griefs

@relic_radiation i feel like you’d get this. so much of healing body work feels like reading the body, not the story. and the body tells you, no, this was important. we need to stop, and take a seat. that thing was serious

sometimes you get hurt in a way that is incomprehensible to you. you literally do not have any words or concepts to describe or explain, to yourself or other people, how or in what way you were hurt. this makes asking for help in some ways impossible
