starting to think a scene "holds" your ambitions, interest, creativity, thoughts, discoveries the same way a journal or twitter does, it scaffolds the whole process, someone to listen to, bounce off, keep it alive

i want to see the wild part of me grow. i want to be around the people who get what is ancient and feral about walking barefoot at night. who are dissatisfied with city life. who find belonging in stars and the warmth of streets of a town you ran around in as a child
