@AskYatharth Yeah, it’s really important that this type of practice isn’t about stretching or straining to reach for some idea of what “expanded awareness” is; awareness is something that’s always there and if you just stop straining all the time you can just be it

@AskYatharth this is also why a lot of "touch grass" and "go to therapy" class of dismissive directives just straight up don't work, assuming the intent was to actually be helpful
