@ultimape @paleonormie @sonikudzu Oh. Yeah once it's freeze-dried it's pretty oxygen stable, but if you don't quickfreeze then you lose most of your important guys to O2 and ice crystal formation. That's part of my beef with Harrop, he's just having people shit into a vacuum bag and tuck it in the freezer.
