BIOPHYSICS 101 OF THE SKIN The lipid raft's ability to change in mammals occurs by light perception on the skin, eyes, and gut. That light determines the reality the mammal faces. When the lipid raft changes so do the protein function physiologic ability embedded in it in the skin because it alters voltage-gated channels that control the photoisomerization step of the conversion of cholesterol to 25D (OH). When the electric charge is altered you collect deuterium in your skin = nnEMF effect and you cannot make D3 even with equatorial sun. All things centralized medicine is ignorant of. That is why you do not know it either. Cholesterol is another nonvisual photoreceptor of man that absorbs best in the UV range. When it is sulfated it is 190-350nm. When it is LDL it absorbs at 500-600nm (winter/blue light). For example, if you have the wrong type of cholesterol in your skin when the sun is strong you won't be able to make Vitamin D. Cholesterol has to be sulfated and in the HDL format because those electrons are needed to absorb the 290-320 nm light. REMEMBER LIGHT ONLY WORKS WITH ELECTRONS. LDL cholesterol is DEVOID of electrons and sulfur. when you have the wrong type of cholesterol in your skin, the lipid rafts change the voltage gate channel operation of proteins embedded in them to alter function to match the light. When the system is disordered, as it is in most people in California/NYC due to blue light and nnEMF, not even standing on the equator naked will raise your vitamin D level. It is Biophysics 101. Right now this is why people in California and NYC have record rates of LDL cholesterol levels, low vitamin D levels, and higher rates of skin cancer, colon cancer, and melasma. It is fully explainable when you get how light controls mammals. Keep enjoying your tech and NYC/Cali and prep for a life filled with problems that centralized scheme will wallet biopsy with regularity. @hubermanlab

@DrJackKruse Or you could just fix cholesterol signaling and blood flow in to the skin to enable better use of cholesterol and neutralize the effect of nnEMF. You can do this via upregulation of the photosensitive TRP receptors and having more of them expressed as lipid rafts.

@DrJackKruse I said it before too. Fix sulfuration and you can get around this whole thing you're talking about.https://t.co/JthxITcC3I

@DrJackKruse @el__duende I'm about to go rip out an entire patch of Ground Ivy, an old school alternative to hops. I think chemicals in ground ivy may help gut bacteria get a better handle on their sulfur.

@DrJackKruse You focus too much on the damge from nnEMF and not enough on how to mitigate it. Gut bacteria are responsible for the impaired sulphuration https://t.co/WOnWcii6n9https://t.co/AUWu493ko3

@DrJackKruse I couldn't get out of bed last year this time. I can now run.I couldn't open a can of tuna December 2020. I can lift 60 lbs in one hand today. It wasn't magnets or blue light that did it.Pretty sure I'm onto something.

@theolearns @DrJackKruse Though it would give me no end of enjoyment to think that gut bacteria are channeling quantum energy of the universe because it would fit my joking musings on them being the soul/life force and we're only vessels.

@DrJackKruse Have you figured out how your model of light activity and electron flow operates in hibernating animals yet?https://t.co/jrWchnp8ku

@QunolOfficial I think the link is in the https://t.co/Qwav9A236D via bile acid loving Bacteroidetes as part of of this process https://t.co/oYnQbKzSF5 and is perhaps acting different in bears, who have tons of cholesterol, but low heart disease.

@DrJackKruse You're so close. Try to catch on fire next. Tummo (wim-hoff) is great. Use your gut bacteria to generate more heat and leverage them to get improved electron flow.https://t.co/jFqxqxqWOu

@theolearns @DrJackKruse In other news, I am eventually planning on inducing human hibernation or triggering spontaneous combustion via mass ion channel firing. Sleep thing is mostly just trying to figure out what affects my gut's rhythms so I can make guesses at what ecosystem might be predisposed to.

@DrJackKruse TRP receptors that respond to the various wavelengths to absorb electrons using the sun? They're calcium-gated ion channels. Very useful if you wanna heal the skin. They're also in the immune cells and mediated by the endocannabinoid system.

@DrJackKruse Did you know that autist types tend to have mutations around TRPM8, the cold receptor? its really cool.If you wanna get more vital heat, you gotta get the electrons flowing. and do that? you gotta modulate the TRP receptors in the lipid rafts. https://t.co/LB9TOmYSuq

@DrJackKruse And do that? you need to get more bile. This means cholesterol so that your body can properly leverage calcium.

@DrJackKruse To do that? Bitter plants that activate bile activity and gut bacteria that impact FXR metabolism to get the liver juices flowing. You can eat in ways that reverse the nnEMF.

@DrJackKruse Instead of shaming people for their use of EMF, have you considered that it is actually that their gut bacteria is sick and your bile is poor? The sensitivity to EMF is a symptom, not a cause.

@DrJackKruse Fix the gut and the vitamin D follows. We've got the model backwards because we(stern science) neglect sulfuration. And you missed it too because you neglect gut bacteria.https://t.co/wGmZCcnTM4

@DrJackKruse You know what doesn't work well if you can't absorb lipids (like phosphocholine and other constituents of the cell wall)? The lipid rafts. You neglect that too. Too focused on that red light, and not enough on how the body actually uses it.https://t.co/NHbFGonMrL

@DrJackKruse @DavorinPavlica @licmartinduraes @hubermanlab @RickRubin Another possibility is you are having a problem absorbing lipids in your gut, you may have to fix that first before the red light therapy can help.

@DrJackKruse I don't burn in the sun anymore. at all. Not even tan.Tanning is a response from the body trying to absorb the UV and turn it into heat when it can't resist the DNA damage effects of it.It's a sign you are not resisting DNA damage in the skin.

@theolearns @DrJackKruse While he shares a lot of interesting research, and been quite valuable, I feel the larger model he's built around quantum stuff is a just-so explanation and I am finding a separate model of disease that doesn't need a god-of-gaps style reasoning about vortexes responding to emf.
