Its important to know if it's inflammatory back pain or something else because in some cases it might just be a quick fix to shift gut microbiota profile away from it. https://t.co/UijlBl8AvqIn this case its not a change, but a replacement might be needed. https://t.co/cdQ7nHZ7M0

Chronic lower back pain responded to antibiotics in this trial with 162 patients."The antibiotic group improved highly statistically significantly on all outcome measures and improvement continued from 100 days follow-up until 1-year follow-up." https://t.co/AfYqI7CWUVNeat!

Its really fascinating to think that just changing the perspective on how a system works would let you develop a precision change to get the outcome you want. https://t.co/Im8YSc8L5g https://t.co/QkUY1WyJmU

Back pain changes (in both directions) from FMTs are reported side effects."He also reported relief in his back pain and reduction in morning stiffness. Over the next 6 months of follow up, he did not require corticosteroids or NSAIDs for analgesia." https://t.co/daEzeOVwVw

Tho looking up the backpain issue from FMT, the one reported was due to how they were laying on the table while getting it injected.https://t.co/17Vce51Extref https://t.co/iy7M57Bxue https://t.co/WZfxheWxuK

Since doing my FMT, the only time I've had pain was due to muscle fatigue or as a side effect of alcohol.https://t.co/hcV1l6XenR

@mindstatex I drank like a 0.5 a liter of red wine last night (my standard brand) and it floored me today. Bloodshot eyes and back pain, pretty bad headache. Had to lay back down for a bit to recover. Is this what wine is like to a healthy gut? brutal.Gonna stay away from it now, wow.

Previously I had been learning how to squat to deal with sciatica and back pain, thinking it was driven by how I was moving.https://t.co/NgsSokxLWf

Many societies who don't have high rates of back pain also seem to be those who's children are taught to squat. They also seem to have different sleeping systems, shoe norms. Why do children seem to love running, but trained out of it by schools? We have the fundamentals wrong?

Found it was problems with my body's endocannabinoid system tied to crohn's associated lipid dysfunction. https://t.co/TZVGqmiP11

I also can't definitively confirm it was the changes in lipids improving anandamide production or something else tied to inflammation.

My backpain went away after my FMT. Its probably related to the decline in gut health and the associated muscle weakness from poor lipid and mitochondrial function. We err by assuming this is aging.https://t.co/TC6nOkTflU

@SimonDeDeo @ElysiumHQ There's tons of stuff talking about how gut bacteria might be regulating the expression of the various SIRT genes via SCFAs, which seems to throw a big ol' wench in the anti-aging ideas that are being pushed. https://t.co/7cigLgLgAw
