This study shows how people got rid of H Pylori using white vinegar and senna extract twice daily for 7-10 days. https://t.co/CnPvVjd6QB https://t.co/7dWatynwcZ

@ResilientDad Oh cool, that's one that is high in resveratrol. I used a red wine for that myself (complete with the laxative effect), but a vinegar + senna leaf sounds way easier.I bet a red wine based vinegar would work similarly to avoid alcohol. Maybe would be viable tincture base.

@ResilientDad There's a lot to getting rid of H pylori besides the Resveratrol cuz it's so resilient. I am surprised how effective this seemed to be. It looks like some of the senna strains have lots of saponins, so it may be emulating the AVC+lemon mixes oft promoted.

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad I took some recently to try it out. It is very bitter. As I understand it's method of action, part of it is aggravating to the intestinal lining and that causes motility and contractions. It might be quite painful with gastritis if it triggers the abdominal cramping effect.

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad It is the kind of thing I would not be taking if I had an active Crohn's flair up. As gastritis has similar symptoms, I would proceed with caution and consult with the doctor prescribing your antibiotics. This applies to the AVC method as well.

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad Part of the key to getting rid of H pylori is stopping it from lodging itself in the gastric crypts and then using bowel movements to expel it.I'd personally worried about internal bleeding if the contractions were too violent.

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad It's advised not to use senna for Crohn's at least. I'm not a doctor so I can't really say specifically for the gastritis, but given similarities between the two it sounds potentially dangerous if not done with precaution and assistance.https://t.co/llQvk0V1CY

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad I've read some interesting papers on real cranberry juice and related probiotics as potentially helping heal the gut. It also has shown to reduce H pylori's growth rates and adherence, and might help avoid recolonization. https://t.co/sohMYW7z97

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad I've had a lot of luck with probiotics to aid in my own gut health. There is mixed evidence on efficacy, but it was useful for me. https://t.co/t1vnNkSYVs

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad Bacillus coagulans is the one that is often sourced from cranberry seeds. It is still being tested for H pylori so I can't say with confidence it would help, but might be worth exploring. https://t.co/pzxXRBV5Pt

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad I personally have been using strains of Lactic acid bacteria in a kefir brand I like. It may be acting similarly https://t.co/tTdpfDNGl5I was just mixing cranberry juice concentrate into the kefir, taking it after a fast.

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad H pylori and Crohn's is very weird. There are indications that corhn's doesnt' have H pylori, but at the same time Gastrits associated damage is common. https://t.co/Q8xmiTIqZK

@Soo_wanderlust @ResilientDad Never could confirm it my self, but I did notice that my Gerd went away after I did the treatment. YMMV> The relationship between GERD and H. pylori infection is still subject of debate. https://t.co/vRSimlbWvb
