Also, plane tickets to the rest of Europe are fairly cheap. Depending on the location and when you buy, likr 1-200 for a 2-way flight Live at Albanian levels of price and undistractedness, then fly off to Berlin or Lisbon or Helsinki or wherever for awhile, no prob
