today, i am missing someone, but it is a little different. it feels like actually missing them what i felt before didn’t feel like missing them. it felt like panic. it felt like trying to do anything but acknowledge they’re gone

because a no from them doesn’t feel like overwhelm. it doesn’t feel disconnecting me from myself im not trying to recruit them into my avoidance
