- avocado oil smoked as soon as it the wok (i thought it was supposed to be high heat????) - burned the ginger (didn’t know you needed to have water/other things to make sure temp didn’t get high, or keep temp down?)

- added way too much water and sugar to the too many tomatoes - tomatoes too bland (first time realising it matters that you salt *everything*, not just one thing!)
