Things I can say help the most -watch the sunrise every morning -spend majority of the day outside -lots of physical activity -sense of accomplishment -lots and lots of sugar

I don’t follow any of the usual ā€œsleep hygieneā€ tips and my sleep is better than ever -look at my phone right up until bed -room too hot -light in room -big meal close to bed -coffee late in day
