10 days straight of waking up between 8am and 10am. This is the longest stretch of time I've been able to do this since I can remember.Being stable + resources = less than a month to figure it out!https://t.co/rjTEwGnbMN

Is there a support community or good collection of resources for non-blind people who are also non-24 hour? Struggling with this is the biggest roadblock I'm facing.I tried the intro course for it, and I think I'd be able to do @LambdaSchool if it weren't for my sleep patterns.

I wish someone had told me that sunlamps might help with non-24 hour. Everybody hypes them over SAD but there isn't a lot of evidence it helps with that. But tons of stuff for it helping depression and sleep. Was a blindspot.https://t.co/1M0UnOtObd

Just ordered a light therapy lamp:https://t.co/8ZzOXemQhIand blue light blocking glasses:https://t.co/OShd1vAhupNot much evidence it helps with S.A.D. but seem it might help with general depression, and could help me with Hypernychthemeria.Been saving up for a few months.

So you're an ant, and you want to get post-rational, but haven't tried hard drugs yet.https://t.co/buQJinSUhehttps://t.co/j5O5JnQwH7
