this weekend, i had an experience that got me a lot more comfortable distrusting people and right now, as im meeting new people in a new group container, simply mistrusting people i mistrust makes me a lot calmer

they’re a new person. i don’t need to change anything about how much i trust them. previously, i would feel this irrepressible drive to connection, and mistrusting someone is very dangerous for that, and so 🧠🤸‍♀️ 💭 “i need to change something” https://t.co/lnkuL9GB21

if a group has this we have to be constantly growing closer to each other, you can’t actually handle conflict well anymore, and the group has to stay pretty small
