āMy first reaction is that I really like that choice of trail, being able to choose gives me a sense of autonomy that I hadn't even realized was missing from ~all the other courses that I took that just had you going through things in a linear order.ā -@xuenay

Also some comments on my Somatic Silence mini-workshop (which is included with Somatic Resonance, and which I put together as a specific application of the ideas there) https://t.co/J3Y10AXDyK

āI generally dont do online courses⦠The things youāre talking about are obviously/evidently critically important and theyāre just not *in the water*ā - @lisatomic5 https://t.co/9AeZNs68em

^ for the record thatās exactly how I feel, and itās why I do most of what I do, including making this course. I came across this area of practice/inquiry thatās just⦠utterly vitally important. And itās just NOT part of the general discussion around inner work at all.

If awareness of the somatic-imaginal was just a common part of inner work discussions, something everyone knew was around and could choose to engage with or notāI wouldnāt need to be doing this. Iād be free to go about my own practice.
