I have not had any notable reactions to the first pill. It's been 3 days, so I'm taking another. Will wait another 3 days just in case, then start ramping up. https://t.co/HS8rqlFISt

I will not be writing as many details about my trial on here because of it's... uh... questionable nature and worries about twitter's safety guidelines. But I have a discord available if you wanna chat. Patrons & Donators get access to voice channels.https://t.co/03f4wNmkiO

This thread is mostly to keep people up-to-date on my status. Things like when I take a pill, or notify if I run into any health concerns. For reference, this is the trial synopsis & exploratory thread:https://t.co/ttvMcRgjXV

I have been keeping notes in a private keybase that I've shared with people who will need to keep an eye on me and checking my vitals often. https://t.co/1AyqIZKsLD

My body temp hasn't dropped below 98 F which is also odd. I think this may simply be I've been eating more reliably than normal. I'm focusing on getting something in me in morning/night to feed the bacteria. It's easier to stay fed when I stock up (which i did to prepare).

I haven't really been paying much attention to diet composition other than avoiding excess sugars. Mostly just avoiding things I know bother my GI.Haven't hit ketosis according to the urine test (at least for a couple of weeks) so it doesn't seem to be that.

hmm, I can't do dates well in my head. This is what it looks like. https://t.co/OczNITIm25

No noticeable bowel issues so far. Been fairly regular.Picked up energy drinks to see if they still make me respond like I expect.https://t.co/Zn80Fk6oC5

I drank the rehab when I woke up today around 5pm. Going to avoid drinking them before takin the pill just incase I clear them out of my system prematurely.I figure eating like I normally would is important to ensure strains I encourage are compatible with my normal diet.

Woke up at 3am and took another pill.Gonna be challenging to take them at midnight for a couple weeks, so I'll just make sure I'm waiting a minimum 24 hours between pills and take it as close to that as I can (given my weird sleep cycle).

I am also having no muscle spasticity symptoms in my hand in the morning! The only thing that stopped that in the past was the THC, so this is neat. This might all be a fluke and unrelated, or something psychosomatic. Won't be sure until I get another viome when I'm done.

Def feeling a lot more mucus than I'm used to in my throat and feces. The last time I felt like this was after my fast experiment 3 years ago.I still feel really weak muscular wise, but I don't feel fatigued all the time. This makes me hopeful.

My diet hasn't fundamentally changed from what I've been eating the past few months. I actually have been eating worse compared to the summer due to running out of vitamins, but I have also been careful to avoid things that cause me GI issues.

This has been happening on-and-off for the past year, so it does not seem to be related to the pill. Any myalgia on a large muscle group makes my brain stop working for a few days.No loss of leg control or a crohn's flair up tho!https://t.co/CVnM3VAj2D

My left arm doesn't work right now, so I can't pack to move back in with my girlfriend. I can't support myself with my crutches right now. I'm afraid of walking around the apartment incase my legs give out and no one is around to help me. https://t.co/6CNw2viBwN

7 pills left.I plan to open up and taste the last one so I can train my nose to know what metabolites the dog microbes produce.https://t.co/NTV1PbAWjb

Not having stomach issues; seems to transmute my anxiety into anger. And I further turn that into sarcasm. It's all cope.https://t.co/193CzHmyej

Bad pattern I noticed.1) I get angry a some high pedigree idiotic comment2) I rant about it3) feel anxious after that I was too mean or harsh or otherwise make a fool of myself, so I lock my account4) calm down and then rewrite the rant on my main feed.Doesn't seem ideal.

I've occasionally had acid reflux symptoms in the past, but it never bothered me. Only once during a 3 day fast was it really painful.Last night it got in my nose and throat. It was excruciating. Burning real bad followed by intense mucus production.https://t.co/xosrfO8pj5

This is neat because this time last year I was having the complete opposite! It seems my TRP receptors are working. This may also explain why my gut motility is functional again. https://t.co/eFXhiYmRT8

I tried some of the bees wax again last night and it was very good tasting. It's weird to me that the flavors would change so much, but I suppose it would be expected.https://t.co/v6YjmDKavF

I can't stop laughing about the idea of some reporter looking thru my tweets and absolutely being dumbfounded once they see this thread about how I'm literally eating dog shit. https://t.co/2apb38G73p https://t.co/Ww1t9NzRak

Patrons can use the discord tier to be tagged as a donator and get access automatically. https://t.co/1OK6lm7jnyOtherwise, If mutual (or long time follower) wants to watch + ask questions, DM me for a link. I'd be up for sending a few more invites out.https://t.co/03f4wNmkiO

In my video about smelling and tasting the dog shit pill, I also talk about erection turgidity aspects.I woke up this morning feeling shame about it and thought maybe I should edit it out. But the topic is directly relevant to my thinking on this space.Should I leave it in?

Video is up in my discord.https://t.co/eY3ZyFCKWs

Hopefully it's a good read. https://t.co/4KPnOGNDLf

Forgot to add the tweet to this thread, but for future curious people, you can see the videos online now. https://t.co/FPi997JfZ0

Just uploaded my dogtrial content to OdyseeI had these up on as a private video on YouTube, but decided to get them hosted elsewhere as part my work toward publishing something more formal. Here's part 1 where I document the start of the trial.https://t.co/VTNwv9HcLB

@ultimape wow, that's fascinating! i now half wonder if i have a milder version of this and just never realized it was related to moon cycles, as i've had to train my body pretty hard to follow cues for a 24hr sleep schedule. how did you discover it was tied to the moon?

@sabbatical Used sleepbot for while (defunct android app), patterns in sony's "lifelog" / rescuetime, then fitbit, then someone realized my tweet timing line up. https://t.co/NQxRAqI4Mo

@sabbatical I've read there's multiple circadian rhythms all interacting in people and mine seems to be ignoring the lunar day, instead entirely driven by this: https://t.co/tyvyZXODMN

@sabbatical It's how I figured out that gut bacteria's serotonin rhythms control body temperature. Their cycles coincide with serotonin levels, and serotonin plays role in wakefulness.https://t.co/1HwU8nSkO1

@sabbatical The original thing that cued me to dysfunction was after college I tried exotic sleep cycles to fix my constant tiredness and after replicating Matt Mullenweg's polyphasic sleep experiments, it finally clicked why I struggled: I was out of sync.https://t.co/NTnBaUEkCp

@ultimape ah, yes, i attempted a couple polyphasic regimens just after university as well, but was thwarted by the demands of fatherhood etc — too many exterior factors, so i just stayed tired! hah. thanks for the links and commentary, reading through!
