We’ve all been trained to ignore most of what we sense, unless it falls into a handful of clumsy boxes—See, Taste, Hear; Happiness, Grief, Anger; Nauseous, Upset, Lightheaded. But you’re constantly perceiving way more than you think, and opening back up to it is fairly simple. https://t.co/s77yUXw63K


The more we open back up that perception space, the more we can engage with *what is perceived* again. Our attitude here needs to be playful, exploratory. This helps us tune in sensitively and calibrate our intuitions. It helps us seek resonance. https://t.co/oUtG7z4apg


Further down the road, a stranger aspect emerges: following what we perceive. Letting it lead us to what it wants us to see. This is the beginning of imaginal work—engaging with these images, impressions, and drives, making room for them to take the lead. https://t.co/BMJ2JoPTIL
