many people never had it, and that’s good. many people never had it so devastatingly as to being their entire life to a grinding halt https://t.co/kWgb7b64H3

Even just tolerating even the brief discomfort of getting out of my bed was enough to activate this huge mashup of grinding. This is what I mean by everything in my life felt high-stakes. https://t.co/dzsvJWrdjv https://t.co/hScp5XRq0o

You have solved a problem when you stop thinking about it.

it’s a problem only those can engage with who were sensitive to it in the first place - bruised in that way

@AskYatharth I don't think I've had it as bad as some people, and I've also been working on it for longer than most (since 2012) and I have the sense there are still deeper layers for me my major relationship-ending this year was actually a pretty key piece; think I'm on the home stretch now

@AskYatharth but I guess one sense I have is that in some sense the journey isn't fully complete until every moment is effortless wu wei the self-coercion journey can take you all the way to that, if you want

@AskYatharth Pretty sure I mostly solved this through my inversion a while back.

@AskYatharth completed a journey utilizing the tool of self-coercion or completed a journey all about self-coercion ?
