toying with an idea to hire a villa for a month, like: just The Hum core team for a few days, then invite close collaborators, then invite extended Enspiral family, and end with a 5-day event with public ticket sales to offset costs (with some rest days in there)
remember last year when everyone was saying 'lets move all our friends out to a village in the woods'? the residency idea feels like the convo has moved to a next stage of maturity: this is an iterative approach, gradually increasing commitment and stress-testing relationships
