You know how kids are always spinning spinning spinning and most adults hate it? Yeah, parts start inhabiting the vestibular system at some point and inhibit the processing of motion data.

I used to get sick very easily on fairground rides since I was 10 or 12, but systematically raising the parts and working with them has mostly cleared that up. Can't wait to see it work with seasickness too!

Gradual exposure, noting the sensations as they arose, IFS+ as necessary, mostly just recognizing that squinting and the feeling of overwhelm were not physiological limitations or reactions but emotional and somatic reactions

I like these examples because they are Scientific and Easily Measurable! If we could get a bunch of people together to run a study on this and also heal each other that would be awesome
