@wegohealth Thank you for advertising to me. Before today, I didn't know that BMS and Health Union both donated to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.

@wegohealth That drug is interesting. It seems it is also being targeted as a therapy for crohn's disease. https://t.co/JrQO6witPl

@wegohealth I will be spending the next few hours exploring SIP pathways to see if there are dietary or microbiota that can impact this without needing to pay $18,000 a year.I'd also like to learn how it impacts the brain during pregnancy.https://t.co/0nx4uc7y5R

@wegohealth There is a suspicion that S1P is a cannabinoid receptor. It's why I believe cannabis has been able to alleviate some of my crohn's and M.S. symptoms.https://t.co/VI4YbzNgMH

@wegohealth Yes. This drug is probably acting on the same space."provides evidence that the SK1/S1P regulatory-axis is necessary for the rapid hypotension induced by anandamide. Generation of S1P in response to anandamide likely activates S1P1" https://t.co/ZXxtFRQX4C

@wegohealth Anandamide is an 'endocannabinoid', meaning it is a chemical produced by our bodies that hits the cannabinoid receptors. What are the chances! It also impairs lymphocyte migration like S1P.https://t.co/r3BCuCsEgL

@wegohealth So can I get the same impact of that drug by improving my bile function and absorption of precursors for the natural production of endocannabinoids, and in turn hit S1P via diet?Probably.https://t.co/sUUtPvaj9U

@wegohealth But... I'm not a doctor. I'm just some autistic guy who thought it would be funny to point out that S1P impacts autism. I have way too much time on my hands because I was bed ridden and can't keep a job.

@wegohealth Sure hope you guys tested that against gestational defects. Lots of women get M.S."We have demonstrated that an increased level of SphK2/S1P is involved in the spatial learning and memory impairments of autism" https://t.co/UBQFacHIA1

@wegohealth I'm going to go look thru your drug reports to the FDA to see if you even bothered to test it against brain development.

@wegohealth Gosh, Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy sounds awful. Sure would hate to take a drug that lowers the immune system in the brain, then having that cause a virus to get in and infect all my myelin. I'm already worried about ties to Epstein-Barr there.

@wegohealth I'm not an expert on drugs by any means, do you know what "during organogenesis resulted in a marked increase in embryofetal mortality at the highest dose tested and increased fetal malformations" means? Kinda sounds bad.https://t.co/fNib7l8lXA

@wegohealth oh, it looks like you mention that in your long list of things that shouldn't be taken along with it.Its kinda spooky that I can just predict this stuff should exist after literally being obsessed with genetics for the past 30 years. https://t.co/pCEmalbtsr
