There is a weird part of myself, weird I say, that does not allow me to learn ways in which I could solve some of the problems that I'm going through, because then other people won't have a chance to help and fix me. Part of me belief that it is necessary to bond with people.

People who are done with themself don't have any reason to intertwine and integrate with society, let alone to be with someone else If I focus on "being finished" with my self then I will never have any time to be with anyone because there is very little reason to be with anyone

Love to me is all about the willingness to expose your vulnerabilities and embrace other's vulnerability, understanding that there is something better that can be achieved not by "being finished with oneself", but by being part of something bigger than the self.

"Being Finished" ≈ "rigid, self-care-first routine" https://t.co/QeBK0Kq8jM

@nobu_hibiki nobody has ever solved all problems when you have solved all your own problems (i've never met anybody who's done this) you can volunteer to help solve other people's problems

@visakanv I know. I don't like the term "finished with themself" because I don't think that exist. I feel like being rejected for the reason of "wanting to be done with myself first" is, well, not very truthful. How do you choose who's problem to solve when there are so many to choose?

@nobu_hibiki personally I prioritize helping people who I believe are likely to help other people in turn, because that way the total amount of helping compounds over time. that's part of the core premise of @fanswitchboard https://t.co/QCM7vr3rzW
