sometimes i talk to myself, sometimes i sing, sometimes i go look at the ducks, sometimes i soak up sunlight. many solid options. if i've been having trouble deciding what to do it usually becomes clearer somehow

@QiaochuYuan preach dude, that's been my go to technique for years now. i'll let my mind wander off. i'll make time to actually just have the thoughts i keep pushing way. i'll just breathe and feel my feet on the ground.

@QiaochuYuan Yes! For me walking and climbing are the two most reliable sources of resolving low mood/frustration etc.
