“I’m gonna go for a walk” = imma introduce a phenomenological break in my day where what was previously foregrounded might be backgrounded and solved there since somethings need awareness instead of attention to be successfully processed

to understand what they mean can be a trap (this is why it is an infohazard), because it ruins the experience for you now you think you know what it’s doing and somehow it’s not doing it anymore you need to take a walk from your thinking (about the walk)
