you can point to things outside, but you only see them from the pov of the trauma no room

people help you by pointing to the shape of the thing. so you can see it you see the trauma in front of you you see it operating in front of you. suddenly the world gets a lot bigger

that’s the helpful, pleasant kind. sometimes it’s more unpleasant there’s a kind of “FWOOP” head jerk to suddenly being able to see “outside.” zooming out that’s not as helpful, because you can’t perceive the trauma. only oscillate back and forth
