I have read things written by people who experience delusions etc and the unsettling thing for me is always how much I relate to the vibes – the difference always merely seems to be that I have maybe one or two layers of “I’m being dramatic / metaphorical / symbolic here”

or like when I see something in the news of someone doing something wild like stripping naked and lying down in the middle of a train station – I get that! I really do. I feel like I’m ~7 steps away from doing that at any time, lol. I’m likelier to do that than get a job 🤪
