in the context of a startup, “don’t die” is “get to product-market fit and avoid ruinous mistakes”, which then further breaks down into “hire the right people, keep them motivated, keep improving the product…” etc if you’re smart you’ll figure it out. the hard part is psych

you could probably say “don’t die, don’t quit” implies “show up”. true. I like the rule of 3 tho. so ima continue with this riff until I come up with a better one

@visakanv i would expect that the thing most startups die on, the reason for not finding product-market fit, is making something that the market actually doesn't have any need for in the first place
