in each moment, there is a marvellous sense of finding the capacity to deal with whatever i can deal with, and being awed at my complete ineptitude and stupidity in this world i am dropped into, and my ability to do something in it

To be well-adjusted is to feel a local sense of agency that is sufficient and appropriate for the situation. When the body bombards with its needs, and the mind with its shoulds, it can feel pointless; a system out of whack. https://t.co/N5qKnDIEkf
