It’s not an “predictive statement to be verified by empirical means.” /That/ is that rationalist mistake. It’s a view—an adopted perspective that takes on meaning and truth by the fact of you seeing things that way. https://t.co/zOhxpyf8fn

It’s not that the statement is false but useful. It’s that we’re not talking about truth in that sense at all. It’s more: here is one POV from which to view reality, and if you perceive from this place, something changes.

“That red is green.” “Huh, I see how it could be that way.” “Life is already always suffering.” “Huh, I see how it could be that way.” “Life is already always spacious happiness.” “Huh, I see how it could be that way.” The last two are not contradictory in the least.

“This is not a truth; it a choice to see things this way.” https://t.co/mM5EtkmS9T
