the project management of mid-tier projects is really kind of wack like I’m thinking of making a ~7 minute video for each of the 20 chapters of my book as a sort of sharpening/clarifying function… and that’s gonna be like 2 hours of raw footage not counting breaks etc
so it’ll probably take me like a whole day to make if I’m optimistic – and that’s probably me being too optimistic – and it’ll take me 2 hours just to watch all of it, to say nothing of taking notes, and then matching it to the material in the book
I should probably try and condense it earlier in the process. I should make them about ~3 minutes each and talk really fast. But to do that I probably have to rehearse a little bit. A 7 minute monologue I can freestyle live, to get it all in 3 I basically have to make it twice
