I smile a lot, but I rarely do it when I'm self-aware. There's something about self-awareness and smiling and feels incompatible.

I think I'm going to find mirror and think of things that make me smile and then look at the mirror and see what comes up.

People tell me I have a nice smile, but when I look into the mirror and see myself smile, I stop. There's something about it that fits myself image so little.

Smiling! While retaining self-awareness, letting myself *feel* like a liar, impostor, unhuman, different, peaceful, god, unattractive etc. and the felt truth of each of that.
