Re: procrastination Our brains are quite often rational . . . for the time period they are holding in awareness. Procrastination becomes not so much a problem of irrational action as much as not inviting into deep awareness a long enough time horizon.

With awareness towards a long enough time horizon . . . pushing things into the future no longer feels like “away.” At that point, pushing things into the future makes no more sense. We are left with a simpler form of procrastination to deal with. Fear.
