When I’m in my Worrying mind, and think about what to do - tries to fit everything together - picks the greatest # of have-to-do things When I’m in my Inspired mind, and think about what to do - the day’s #1 most important priority comes to mind - wht do I wanna do about that? https://t.co/lPRjdrpTvP

If I wake up at 8:30am: - I already feel guilty somehow If I wake up at 6:30am: - There’s no guilt; it’s too early for that. - I’m only driven by beauty. I felt my worrying mind activate like 60 seconds after I woke up today. It was so obvious. https://t.co/niWjHUj53d

I noticed this today, and it surprised me. Because focusing on just the #1 most important thing is something I used to have to remind myself to do. Now, from the place of the Inspired mind, it’s just effortless, because that’s just what matters.

The Worrying mind meanwhile feels like it’s so optimised to solve these narrow, STEMmy optimisation games. Always trying to grab, grab, grab this marginal value. https://t.co/vwkG27lRqJ

The Worrying mind can be tricked into feeling like it is falling behind in the race. https://t.co/IbbtubkXzX

It’s tougher to forget the things that matter to me from the place of the Inspired mind. Stillness, non-urgency, kindness, humility, sincerity. https://t.co/M28gzuwCRX
