I binge Korra, sleeping halfway thru. So in total it took about 29 hours. I didn't eat much except peanuts. Got a massive headache, fatigue. Couldn't hardly think/talk. GF pointed out my eyes were bloodshot. Blood pressure was quite high.You'll never guess how I fixed it :) https://t.co/KL3EDIXhGj

I may be in a fasting state. I don't remember the last time I had food. Went to bathroom fine.Can talk just fine. No stuttering. Describe my internal state works like normal. Can visualize, plan and decide actions. No problems talking to other people.

Just finished a peach flavored one.I'm starting to sweat despite a fan blowing on me. (white noise for GF sleeping)The room is 69*f (nice).Heart rate went from 78 to 74, but I also have been sitting a while. The minor aches went away.

Bought some smoked clams and canned salmon. Took 2 days of eating clam 4 cans a day, but finally feel healthy enough to do things, like lift an air conditioner, or stand for more than 10 minutes.Correlates with feeling lots of heat in my body.Vital heat?

Did two more trials of the energy drink. Both results the same.BM'ing before seems to stop urge. However I noticed rapid activation of urinary spasms. Didn't realize this before because the urge to BM was overwhelming it, (I did notice I voided bladder every time as well).

Was experiencing all sorts of symptoms like bladder spasms and Arrector Pili muscles firing off (chills). It seems pain, fatigue, fever and nausea are common symptoms of a Crohn's flare. Explains all the weird bought of unexplained nausea and diarrhea growing up.

Difference between today and yesterday is about 3 hard apple ciders.Oddly I didn't start warming up until I drank them despite consuming more than enough calories that I should have been able to.I didn't start feeling food moving thru until the hard cider.

Cider cleared up my bowel pain. Did a road trip yesterday to get more stuff from the old place we were living and I wasn't having any sensory problems like a few days before.I also noticed my sense of capsaicin returned.

SAC and NAC are roughly equivalent. Taurine can increase cystine indirectly, so that helps too.Amazing how many people report Niacin + NAC as helping.So if garlic has SAC. Can I just eat Garlic, Fatty Fish, and Smoked Oysters to get all the metabolic health stuff I need?

If your bile is low, you need to have a source of fats in your diet to get bile acid to be made. It's partly made from cholesterol.If you have a GI disorder that involves voiding or vomiting, you also need to increase sodium until that is fixed.https://t.co/0j76i0SA9Q

Sodium and Potassium are duals. They need to both be considered to absorb well.So maybe put a little salt in your coffee to counter the potassium increase it can cause.
