Motivational songs are a powerful drug. I didn’t want to be consumed by the egregore of them. I do want to use them, for myself.

My ego needs to be stronger than them—than their default package, the Hustle, the Need, the Morality, the Fear of Abandonment. There is something stronger, resilient, and more empty, and that is what happens when you look into the abyss long enough the abyss stops looking back.
