Weirdly, Twitter is one of the most sacred and clearing rituals for me. What I tweet, I remember. It helps me bring respect to my experience. https://t.co/NIq3bwVIs4

@m_ashcroft I do this always with any place I have lived. I didn’t do it in NYC funnily enough. Maybe to the train that carried me in with such hopes and a vague Pull. https://t.co/BqBZ7Qffpm

@m_ashcroft @tasshinfogleman Went back and did it again. Reformed a ritual out of it. Remembering what I am grateful for—when I felt helped—on one knee, remembering all the other times I ever have on both. https://t.co/d8A1J8bIjF

@m_ashcroft @tasshinfogleman Every time I genuflect, I think about this experience again. Just did at a monastery in Armenia. I feel so proud of myself, so grateful about the clarity of that moment, I can call it up anytime when I want clarity about who I am and the felt clarity about my values.

@m_ashcroft @tasshinfogleman I use the word clarity three times, because in a world full of noise, what feels like truth is clarity. https://t.co/ouReGK0Msk

@m_ashcroft @tasshinfogleman a world of noise = inner world, as outer bringing truth and clarity to the world is an act of refinement and service it lets people hear themselves by hearing more clearly you it’s creating Resonance https://t.co/BJbdVxGKz4
