âAllowedâ is a weird word, because this is an actively non-coercive experiment. I âcanâ go and check notifs whenever I want. Anytime I feel myself thinking, âI canât check notifs,â I remind myself, âFUCK NO, i CAN go check it right now if I want.â Then: âDo I want to?â

super-ego ~= a part of you that forms as a child to regulate your behaviour and tell you what needs to be done to survive and be accepted ego ~= your own sense of self about how your actions connect to the goals you want [ego ainât bad, you know]
