So many of us internalise a sense of both: - needing a metric of progress - being smart enough to figure out this is what’s getting in the way of more emotional & spiritual development

Without Rules, you are lost . . . You look for some metric, some measuring stick, by which you are doing right or wrong. Without it you are lost. (Being lost is good.)

An exercise to explore being a not-Rules person: (loosening the sense of always correctness, always performing) Wiggle your butt [what?? weird?? so weird] Do just enough as you continue to build your connect with a world & way of living that does not always involve “correct”
