Valorise doing things the dumb way. It is an explicit step. Do things dumb before you do them smart, because then you notice the real problems (estabilishing a practice, getting to the gym) here now instead of the fake ones up ahead.

I had this idea that if I’m working out, it had to be optimised—I had to know about muscle growth, have spreadsheets, the right intake.
