one of my beliefs is that government funding of science has destroyed universities https://t.co/OnNAmECuRi

Tired: obesity is a risk factor for heart diseaseWired: obesity is a risk factor for gut dysbiosis leading to microbiome induced inflammation that impacts heartInspired: Do bears get heart attacks?Hired: How can we get humans to hibernate?Desired: https://t.co/NJlwfmXpiW

@eigenrobot What if obesity is good, actually.https://t.co/difupRrXOA

@Burgergobbler Have you considered society's obsession of obesity bein a problem is itself a shackle of the mind?I'm learning this to induce hibernation, which involves getting fat like a bear then not eating for 6 months, leveraging p-glcoprotien to allow urea to enter gut & feed bactreia.

@eigenrobot Status go up.https://t.co/fQfiAiUDYF

@eigenrobot That these issues are even relegated to status games we play as a society is driving us all sick.Incidents of Berberi, Pellegra, Scurvy, are all status driven dietary trends that stem from industrial production & marketing of mass-market food stuffs.https://t.co/lm1j8TvfjY https://t.co/rE3PkwsAEn

@eigenrobot Similarly, tobacco is full of pesticides and improper fermentation of the leaves leading mold and Aflatoxin associated cancer. The kinds that are processed differently don't have anywhere near as high rate of it https://t.co/Al3Zf7bgwS

@eigenrobot But to go on and then decry all tobaccos is bad? It's a moral panic around health because people don't understand the dynamics and we don't have mechanisms in place to stop large scale industrial production from cutting corners and effectively poisoning the population.

@eigenrobot The same pattern holds up in sugars, seed oils, and is basically the trajectory that occurs in mass marketed over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. Back in early 1900s people were being meme'd into using acetanilide instead of cannabis - framing the later as dangerous.

@eigenrobot Meanwhile, cannabis likely has equally potent antipyrolic effects and operates on COX2 pathways for pain in much the same as the acetanilide derived acetaminophen.https://t.co/AQRTDtScHwWith significantly lower risk of liver failure.

@eigenrobot Tylenol lawsuit seems to be ramping up it's gears. Gonna be fun to watch.https://t.co/k4c8JWdG9Jpopcorn.jpghttps://t.co/ThjFmKbVP8 https://t.co/UkoOS0EtBB
