thinking about how I chose my last therapist because she was explicitly poly-friendly - I would really love to choose my next therapist (if, when, etc.) based on them being explicitly friendly to extremely online types

extremely online person does therapy: so there's this MAIN that has X shadow stuff for me and they did Y thing and then there's this OTHER main that did Z thing and AHHHHH

@tasshinfogleman Agreed. I'm pretty new to therapy so I had that convo with him last week. I asked him how things usually go and he said something to the tune of this and I felt very seen. Not sure I would have felt the same way if he had basically studied my Twitter https://t.co/mJpunycvnF

@RobertHaisfield love it. I'd personally love a therapist to be very deep in my mind and my accounts and my alts but I could see many others feeling differently
