sigh, something feels more right about the integrity of my space and intentions and being, making friends with them first. from that place of home, inviting others in. something about if I don’t already feel home, it’s difficult to feel at home with other people

maybe this goes back to people-pleasing. there’s some friends and mutuals I always feel so 100% comfortable and present and home with, it’s incredible. and rare i’d like to feel more people as my home

i believe one can find home in anything. it’s an orientation. plants just make it easier because they ask for less but presence and speak with silence.

I am still as violently lonely as before. Yet it is no longer alone. The number of my people-friends has not increased, but I made friends with the plants and birds. I know each individual tree more now. As I walk, they rustle, and I walk in my home. https://t.co/Uq70navvMp
